Villa Senni, historic residence located in Grottaferrata on the hills of the Castelli Romani, far from the city chaos, but a few minutes away from the ring road. The villa is completely immersed in nature and has a wonderful view of Rome. We love to define it the cradle of artists, not just for the history of the property (musicians, composers and painters), but also for all cultural initiatives that we host and for the excellent artists who have chosen to hold their events with us.

This historic home was build in the early 1900s by Mary Gayley Senni’s will, inspired by the simple style of an ancient roman farmhouse with added fine details.
The vast park surrounding the villa is rich in all sorts of trees, plants and flowers for most of the year. Among the flowers several varieties of roses, some of which may be admired at the Roseto Comunale di Roma, established in the year 1935 by Mary Gayley’s will.

Access to the villa runs through a beatiful wooded drive and reaches the Borghetto, a plaza where guests are welcome. Outdoors spaces feature two porticoes facing a big terrace looking onto the main meadow. The perfect atmosphere for a romantic dinner enjoying the view of the Eternal City.
Villa Senni, the ideal place to celebrate a wedding, baptism, first comunions and private or business events. An elected place where history and passion merge surrounded by a blissfully quiet and magic environment.

Last but not least the private and consacrated Chapel of S. Maria delle Vittorie, a historic and incredibly intimate place of worship.
